S&J Catering have many years experience of mobile catering. Our wide range of mobile catering trailers all have a yearly upgrade and refurbishment as needed. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and appearance of all our mobile catering units and the professionalism and presentation of our staff. We also have a policy of using only paper based cups and plates to ensure that our catering has as little impact on the environment as possible.
Health & Safety
We take all issues regarding health and safety very seriously. We go beyond what is required by law to ensure we have the very highest standards. All our staff have a foundation food hygiene certificate, with many trained to intermediate level. We also ensure that all staff are issued with the company health and safety policy. Prior to each job, a general risk assessment is carried out.
Staff & Public Safety
To guarantee the safety of staff and the public, we make sure that all our gas equipment is Gas Safe Register Tested, whilst all of our vehicles’ electrical equipment is tested to BS7671 + BS7909, 1998. In addition, we make regular inspections of our fire extinguishers and fire blankets to ensure they are all in order and ready for use prior to any event. Our food products are of the finest quality and always fresh.
